Cooking Instructions:

1. Mix 1 kg of Goodrich Choco Lava Cake Premix with 450g of oil and 450ml of water in a mixing bowl.
2. Mix for one minute at slow speed with a flat blade.
3. Scrap the batter and mix for three minutes at high speed.
4. Place the batter in muffin-shaped molds.
5. Bake at 230°C for 10 minutes.
6. Cool, when edges are cooked all around and center has risen, but still slightly soft, yet not jiggly.
7. Let cool choco lava cake in pan for 30 minutes, flip the muffins in a clean tray.
