Recipe and Directions:

• Mix 1 Kg of Goodrich Egg Free Chocolate Cake Premix with 550 ml of water at slow speed for 1 minute
• Mix at high speed for 2 minutes
• Add 50 gm of edible vegetable oil slowly and mix at slow speed for 1 minute
• Place the batter in a mould and bake at 170° C - 180° C for 30-35 minutes
